Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Infinity Loader website, desktop application, library, store, creator tools, project upload features, purchase features, and payout features. By using Infinity Loader, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, projects, purchases, and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk for users, or abuse Infinity Loader services.
Infinity Loader Software
Infinity Loader provides tools for compiling, managing, loading, and distributing supported scripting/configuration projects. You may use Infinity Loader only in lawful ways and only with content and systems you are authorized to use. Infinity Loader is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, console manufacturer, or platform owner.
Creator Marketplace
Creators may submit digital projects for review and listing in the Infinity Loader library or store. Project listings may include project files, media, descriptions, versions, changelogs, supported configurations, pricing, and other metadata.
Creators are responsible for their projects and must have all rights needed to upload, distribute, sell, and support them. We may review, flag, reject, hide, freeze, or remove projects at any time to protect users, comply with policy, or reduce risk.
Paid Projects and Creator Payouts
Creators may configure paid projects, but paid purchases require a connected and payout-capable PayPal account. If a creator disconnects PayPal, loses payout eligibility, or fails payout verification, paid purchases for that creator's projects may be disabled or frozen until the creator reconnects a valid payout account.
Existing buyers keep access to purchases unless access must be restricted for security, legal, refund, chargeback, or policy reasons. Creator payouts may be delayed for review, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraud checks, account holds, tax or compliance requirements, or payout provider limitations.
Purchases
Paid projects are digital content. When you purchase a project, you receive access through Infinity Loader according to the project listing and current app behavior. Prices, availability, supported versions, and project details may change over time.
Digital purchases are generally final unless required by law or approved by Infinity Loader. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, unauthorized transactions, major delivery failures, removed content, or other cases we determine are appropriate.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
You may not use Infinity Loader to create, upload, sell, distribute, promote, or support:
- Illegal, malicious, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.
- Stolen, leaked, cracked, pirated, or unauthorized software, files, keys, accounts, credentials, or assets.
- Malware, credential theft, hidden miners, destructive payloads, backdoors, spyware, or tools that harm users or systems.
- Content designed to bypass payment, licensing, security, moderation, anti-abuse, or access controls.
- Content or activity that violates PayPal policies, payment network rules, law, or the rights of another person or company.
Project Review and Enforcement
Infinity Loader may review uploaded projects, version updates, store listings, payouts, accounts, and transaction activity. We may restrict purchases, hide listings, freeze paid checkout, remove content, revoke creator permissions, delay payouts, or suspend accounts when needed to protect users or comply with law and policy.
User Content License
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Infinity Loader a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, display, process, review, distribute, and make that content available as needed to operate Infinity Loader, provide purchases, support buyers, promote listings, and enforce these terms.
Disputes, Chargebacks, and Abuse
We may investigate purchases, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, payout issues, and abuse reports. We may offset refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fees, or other losses against creator balances or future payouts where permitted.
Taxes and Compliance
Creators are responsible for any taxes, reporting, licenses, and legal obligations related to their project sales and payouts. Infinity Loader may request information needed for payment, tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.
No Warranty
Infinity Loader is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, compatibility with every system, availability of every project, or that third-party services such as PayPal will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infinity Loader will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, loss of access, project removal, payout delays, or third-party service issues.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service as Infinity Loader changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of Infinity Loader after updates means you accept the updated terms.
