This Privacy Policy explains how Infinity Loader collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Infinity Loader website, desktop application, library, store, creator tools, and payout features.
Information We Collect
We collect information needed to operate Infinity Loader, protect users, process purchases, and pay creators. This may include:
- Account information, such as username, email address, authentication information, account status, and support messages.
- Project and creator information, such as project titles, descriptions, versions, supported games/configurations, media, changelogs, uploaded files, public listings, review status, and creator account settings.
- Purchase and payout information, such as purchase records, project access records, payout balances, payout history, transaction identifiers, payment status, refunds, disputes, and chargeback records.
- PayPal payout connection information, such as PayPal payer ID, merchant/account ID, account email if PayPal provides it, account verification status if PayPal provides it, authorization result, and other information required to verify and route creator payouts. We do not receive your PayPal password, full bank account number, or full card number.
- Technical and security information, such as device identifiers, hardware identifiers, IP address, app version, diagnostics, logs, crash reports, and abuse/fraud signals.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve Infinity Loader, including to:
- Create and manage user accounts, project libraries, store listings, creator tools, and app access.
- Process purchases, maintain buyer access to purchased digital projects, and prevent duplicate or unauthorized access.
- Verify creator payout eligibility and route creator earnings to the correct connected PayPal account.
- Review projects, enforce marketplace rules, detect fraud, prevent abuse, and protect users.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, communicate important updates, and comply with legal obligations.
PayPal and Payment Processing
Infinity Loader uses PayPal services for payment and creator payout features. When you connect a PayPal account for creator payouts or make a payment through PayPal, PayPal may collect and process information under PayPal's own policies. We use PayPal account identity data only to verify payout readiness, associate the correct PayPal account with a creator profile, and send creator earnings.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:
- Payment and payout providers, including PayPal, when needed to process payments, verify connected payout accounts, send creator payouts, handle refunds, or resolve disputes.
- Infrastructure, hosting, storage, analytics, security, and support providers that help operate Infinity Loader.
- Other users when information is part of a public project listing, creator profile, review status, or marketplace page.
- Law enforcement, regulators, rights holders, or other parties when required by law or when necessary to protect Infinity Loader, users, creators, or the marketplace.
Creator and Project Content
Information submitted for public project listings may be shown publicly, including project name, creator name, description, version, supported games/configurations, media, price, and review/status information. Do not upload private information as project content.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and app may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep sessions active, remember preferences, support checkout, protect accounts, and improve reliability.
Retention
We keep information as long as needed to provide Infinity Loader, maintain purchase access, pay creators, resolve disputes, enforce policies, comply with legal and tax obligations, and preserve security records. Some records, such as purchase, payout, refund, dispute, and audit records, may need to be retained even after an account disconnects from PayPal.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe.
Your Choices
You may update account details, disconnect a connected PayPal payout account, or contact support through the official Infinity Loader Discord linked on the homepage. Disconnecting PayPal may prevent paid creator listings from being purchased until a payout-capable account is reconnected.
Children
Infinity Loader is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Infinity Loader changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
